JAKE BEYER

Jake Beyer is an emerging director and freelance cinematographer. He has won national awards for the 10-day film festival, as well as the regional Emmy's, and his work has been shown at the Newtown Independent Film Festival as well as the West Chester International Film Festival. Currently, he is working on a documentary film for the Titanic Museum, and developing the Arcadia feature film.
MAARTEN RÖMER
Lead Actor
Maarten Römer grew up in Zwolle, the Netherlands. Starting his work with several commercials and short films (FALLING INTO FATE, WAYBACK) as well as a music video for which he learned how to play the violin on a basic level (MR. TARTINI) he got offered a small role in 2020’s BLOODSHOT alongside Guy Pearce and Eiza Gonzalez among others. In 2019 he shot a short film with Jake Beyer in Iceland (ARCADIA) and decided to move back to the Netherlands, to be able to work as an actor in Europe, where he since booked his first Dutch film (CAPO DI FAMIGLIA II).
KRYSTYNA URSTA
Supporting Actress
Ukrainian in origin, Philadelphia, USA based, Krystyna Ursta is a dancer, fashion model, and actress. She performed at some of the most prestigious ballet institutions in the world, including the Ivano-Frankivsk National Theatre and the Pisarev Ballet Academy. Her modeling career includes campaign works with worldwide-known brands such as Journeys, FILA, Steve Madden, Adidas, Dirty Laundry, Dr.Martens, Vans, UNIQLO, etc. Krystyna’s promotional work includes but is not limited to ROVIO Angry Birds, Lionsgate, NERVE, Halo Top, Flat Tummy Co., Bigo App. Currently, Krystyna has two upcoming motion-picture movies, one of which is “Arcadia” which will be released in early 2020.
PHILIP ARENTZ
Producer
Phil has been an avid film watcher and maker at a young age. He has been on three projects with Jake, and they work great together as a team. Phil has had the opportunity to work on major sets in both Los Angeles and Philadelphia- as well as holding an internship with Red Hour Productions in LA and Harrisburg International Airport. Phil is currently in the Directing BFA in the Film and Media Arts program at Temple, directing his senior thesis project Sleepwalkers with Jake as the Director of Photography.
STEVEN CAMPAGNA
Sound Designer
Sound designer and re-recording mixer Steve Campagna joined the project to help bring the soundtrack to life. Working in Philly and NYC for the past 6 years, he has gotten the opportunity to work on some high profile productions for TV and film. He brings that experience and expertise with him to bring the sonic world of Arcadia to life.
